Workforce planning
Honest role-level modelling of what changes, what grows, and what reduces.
Capability
Redesign the work first, then teach into its new shape.

Reskilling fails predictably when it runs in parallel with unchanged work. The course is attended, the queue is unchanged, and within a month the new skill has nowhere to land.
We reverse the sequence: redesign the process with AI in it, define the roles and decisions that remain, and build learning paths against the delta. Interventions are short, attached to real tasks, and observable by managers.
We are also direct about composition. Most organisations will need fewer routine-processing roles and more judgement, verification, and exception-handling roles, and workforce planning should say so out loud.
Honest role-level modelling of what changes, what grows, and what reduces.
Skills taxonomies tied to redesigned roles rather than generic AI literacy.
Short, task-attached interventions with manager-observable behaviour change.
Adoption measurement, champion networks, and removal of the incentives that pull people back.

Report
Training hours are a vanity metric. What changes behaviour is redesigning the work first and then teaching into the new shape.
