McAi

Capability

Cybersecurity & resilience

AI widens the attack surface and shortens the response window. Both directions are workable.

Our point of view

AI changes security in two directions. It gives defenders pattern detection and response speed that human teams cannot match, and it gives attackers cheaper reconnaissance, better social engineering, and faster exploit development.

The net effect depends on the operating discipline around the tools: identity, least privilege, segmentation, and a rehearsed response that does not depend on one expert being awake.

We also treat the AI estate itself as attack surface — model endpoints, training pipelines, agent tool access, and the data that flows through them.

What we do inside this capability

01

AI-assisted defence

Detection, triage, and response workflows with measured time-to-contain.

02

AI estate security

Endpoint, pipeline, and agent-permission hardening for the models you run.

03

Resilience engineering

Scenario testing, recovery playbooks, and dependency mapping for critical services.

04

Third-party and model supply chain

Assurance of vendors, weights, and data sources feeding your systems.
